CSF & Full-Race engineers identified this vulnerability during extensive real-world testing of F-150 and Raptor models under demanding conditions. Having to stop and wait for your engine to cool down is more than just an inconvenience it is a limitation that shouldn’t exist in modern trucks. Especially not a Raptor.

An upgraded radiator helps eliminate the concern of overheating. These advanced designs feature larger 2-Row 42mm aluminum cores which increase the fluid capacity of the radiators and greatly improves heat dissipation. CSF’s Exclusive B-Tube Technology increases the heat transfer by approximately 15% over regular oval welded tubes. In addition the ultra-efficient multi-louvered fins maximize airflow through the core for the best possible performance. The result is a dramatic temperature reduction under all driving conditions.
