Description

The Snow Performance 03-13 Corvette Fuel Hat High Output Version (SNF-52100H) offers a premium multi-pump fuel upgrade solution, replacing unreliable hose and clamp systems with a billet aluminum manifold featuring CNC machined passages.

• Constructed from 6061 billet aluminum, CNC machined in the USA with a durable black anodized finish compatible with E85 and harsh fuels.
• Eliminates need for hose clamps and plastic/rubber lines, providing a leak-free, secure fit using Viton O-rings.
• Fully replaces the factory fuel hat/bucket while retaining factory tank features, including fuel level sending unit, EVAP system, filler neck, and saddle tank fuel transfer pump functionality if equipped.
• Features female 10AN ORB feed and 8AN ORB return ports; 90-degree swivel adapter fittings sold separately to fit various line sizes.
• Configurable assemblies with 2 or 3 genuine TI Automotive (Walbro) fuel pumps offering flow rates of 450LPH or 470LPH for OE reliability.
• Designed exclusively for return-style fuel systems; compatible with 100% gasoline, 100% ethanol, or blends (E10, E85, E98); not compatible with methanol.
• Recommended pump configurations support a range of horsepower needs from street to maximum effort track applications, with options for staged pump activation using Snow Performance accessories.

– 3 Pump Streetable: one 450lph and two 470lph pumps, supporting 1500+ rwhp on E85 and up to 2000 rwhp on gasoline, with reduced current draw.
– 3 Pump Race: three 470lph pumps for maximum flow, supporting 1600+ rwhp on E85 and up to 2100 on gasoline.
