Description

The Snow Performance Multi-Pump Fuel Hat for 03-13 Corvettes is a high-output fuel pump upgrade featuring a billet aluminum manifold with CNC-machined passages designed to eliminate unreliable hoses, T-fittings, and hose clamps. This assembly securely holds genuine TI Automotive (Walbro) fuel pumps with Viton O-rings to ensure a perfect leak-free fit.

• Constructed from 6061 billet aluminum with a black anodized finish for durability and corrosion resistance compatible with E85 and harsh fuels
• Complete replacement of the factory fuel hat/bucket, retaining OEM fuel level sending unit, EVAP system, filler neck, and fuel transfer pump functionality
• Features female 10AN ORB feed and 8AN ORB return ports; 90-degree swivel fittings sold separately for line customization
• Available pump configurations include 2 or 3 pumps with flow rates of 450LPH and 470LPH for return-style installation only (not compatible with returnless systems)
• Fuel pump compatibility: 100% gasoline, ethanol blends (E10, E85, E98); NOT compatible with methanol
• Recommended for street and race applications with optional Snow Performance Boost Activated Pressure Switch and Multi-Pump Relay Module for staged pump control
• 2 Pump Streetable: 450LPH + 470LPH pumps, supports 1000+ rwhp (E85) and 1300+ rwhp (gasoline)
• 3 Pump Streetable: 450LPH + two 470LPH pumps, supports 1500+ rwhp (E85) and up to 2000 rwhp (gasoline), draws 10-12% less current vs. race setup
