Description

Snow Performance’s Multi-Pump Fuel Hat Xtreme Version for 2015-21 Ford F150 trucks offers a high-output fuel pump upgrade with an integrated billet aluminum manifold that eliminates unreliable hoses, clamps, and fittings.

• CNC-machined billet aluminum manifold and bodies for durability and precision fit
• Viton chemical-resistant O-rings ensure leak-free sealing
• Black anodized finish for corrosion resistance compatible with E85 and other harsh fuels
• Complete replacement of factory fuel hat/bucket retaining OE functions, including fuel level sending unit, EVAP system, filler neck, and fuel transfer pump (if equipped)
• Female 10AN ORB feed and 8AN ORB return ports; 90° swivel adapter fittings sold separately
• Configurable with 2 or 3 genuine TI Automotive (Walbro) fuel pumps, flow rates 450LPH or 470LPH
• Supports return-style installations only; incompatible with returnless systems
• Compatible with 100% gasoline, ethanol blends (E10, E85, E98); not compatible with methanol
• Pump configurations allow streetable setups with lower amp draw or race configurations for maximum flow

Available pump configurations include:

• 2 Pump Streetable Configuration: One 450LPH pump + one 470LPH pump; supports 1000+ rwhp on E85 and 1300+ rwhp on gasoline
• 3 Pump Streetable Configuration: One 450LPH pump + two 470LPH pumps; supports 1500+ rwhp on E85 and up to 2000 rwhp on gasoline with 10-12% less current draw than the race setup
• 3 Pump Race Configuration: Three 470LPH pumps; designed for maximum effort supporting 1600+ rwhp on E85 and up to 2100 rwhp on gasoline

For optimal control, combine with Snow Performance boost-activated pressure switch (Part # SNO-81014) and multi-pump relay module (Part # SNF-20003).
