Description

The Snow Performance 2020+ GT500 Fuel Hat Xtreme Version is a premium billet aluminum fuel pump manifold engineered for high-output fuel system upgrades. CNC machined from 6061 aluminum and finished with black anodize, this fuel hat replaces the factory assembly to provide a durable, leak-free solution compatible with E85 and other ethanol blends.

• Eliminates unreliable hose clamps and T-fittings with a CNC machined manifold and integrated passages
• Secures genuine TI Automotive (Walbro) high-flow pumps with Viton O-rings for chemical resistance and leak-proof sealing
• Compatible with return-style fuel systems; not for returnless applications
• Includes female 10AN ORB feed and 8AN ORB return ports (90° swivel adapter fittings sold separately)
• Maintains factory tank features: OE fuel level sending unit, EVAP system, filler neck, and fuel transfer pump (for saddle tanks)
• Configurable with 2 or 3 fuel pumps in various flow rates: 450LPH and 470LPH options available

Available Pump Configurations:

• 2 Pump Streetable: One 450LPH pump and one 470LPH pump; supports 1000+ rwhp on E85 and 1300+ rwhp on gasoline
• 3 Pump Streetable: One 450LPH pump and two 470LPH pumps; supports 1500+ rwhp on E85 and up to 2000 rwhp on gasoline; draws 10-12% less current than Race 3 pump setup
• 3 Pump Race: Three 470LPH pumps; supports 1600+ rwhp on E85 and up to 2100 rwhp on gasoline; designed for maximum flow

For efficient operation in street-driven applications, running a smaller pump alongside larger pumps reduces amp draw and heat under low load conditions. Use with Snow Performance Boost activated pressure switch (part # SNO-81014) and Multi-Pump Relay Module (part # SNF-20003) for optimal control.
