Description

Lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) by 100-300 degrees and increase horsepower by 65+ with cleaner, cooler running on your Dodge 5.9 Cummins. The Snow Performance Diesel Stage 2 Boost Cooler provides water-methanol injection throughout the boost range of all 5.9L Cummins engines.

This system features a progressive VC-50 controller (52mm gauge) that operates two water-methanol nozzles proportionally based on boost pressure. Adjustable start and full points enable tuning of the injection engagement and delivery curve to match engine requirements, improving drivability and performance across a wide operating range. The VC-50 controller combines a boost gauge and water-methanol controller in one, with a 7-color OLED screen displaying boost, injection percentage, secondary nozzle activation, prime function, and fault codes. Colors can be matched to OEM gauges or customized.
