Description

Lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) by 100-300 degrees and increase horsepower by 65+ with cleaner, cooler running performance on your Ford 7.3, 6.0, 6.4, or 6.7 Powerstroke using Snow Performance’s Diesel Stage 2 Boost Cooler.

This Stage 2 system delivers water-methanol injection throughout the boost range of the 6.7L Powerstroke, utilizing an adjustable progressive VC-50 controller (52mm gauge) that commands two injection nozzles. Injection is proportional to boost pressure, allowing precise cooling and performance improvements across a wide range for enhanced drivability. The VC-50 controller combines boost gauge functionality with water-methanol control and features a 7-color OLED screen displaying boost, injection percentage, secondary nozzle activation, prime button, and fault codes. Colors can be tailored to match OEM gauges or customized.
